ISKO I-SKOOL™ 2016 Green Reloading: same designs, another environmental-friendly formula.

May 10th 2017, at the Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017 a selected group of contestants of the Denim Design Award 2016 edition unveiled a breathtaking Dynamic Exhibition for a contest that has seen a brand-new sustainable version of the projects that had led them to the finale of last year’s contest.

In fact the special contest held at Copenhagen Fashion Summit was not a simple replica of the 2016 show, because the young designers have been asked to re-thought their designs under a more conscious approach, using for this very special task the concepts from ISKO EARTH FIT™, the green fabrics and concepts platform by ISKO™ that has already received, for several products, two important recognitions such as the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel, being at the moment the first and only denim mill in the world having received these crucial certifications.

Moreover, to revamp the projects and reflect environmental sustainability Tonello, one of the supporting partners of ISKO I-SKOOL™, have furnished its unique expertise on green special treatments and washings.

The new “responsible” outfits have passed under the unquestionable lens of a very prestigious jury, composed by fashion experts such as:
